Strollers Information
Sunderland Strollers is Sunderland's biggest running club with over 200 members
The club was formed in 1981 and is affiliated to UK Athletics and has been based at "Ashbrooke" for over 20 years
We welcome male and female runners of all abilities from the 5 mile jogger up to marathon standard from the age of 16+ (Around 40% of our members are women)
We take part in road running and cross-country with the odd fell race now and again but racing is an option as many members like to join in with the training and social aspects of our club
Our main club meeting is on a wednesday at "Ashbrooke" and starts at 7.15pm - Other training nights are on a monday and friday evening(Contact us for more details) Training is split according to your ability so you'll never get left behind
Membership of the club is only £10 per year
