Sunderland Rugby Football Club
For the coming 2009/10 season our Mens Teams ar competing in the following leagues
1st Team - Durham/Northumberland Division 1
2nd Team - Candy League
3rd Team - Durham County Junior League
We have a thriving Mini and Junior section with players starting to play from the age of 6yrs up to 17yrs
The emphasis at the younger ages is that of "fun" whilst learning the basic rules of rugby then progressing to the full 15 a side game at the age of 13yrs
All our coaches are C.R.B checked and hold an R.F.U Level 1 coaching qualification
Our club holds social events such as the end of season Dinner Dance and the always popular BBQ
